Discovery Call

15 minutes

During a discovery call you may ask questions regarding nutrition counseling regarding the general process, my personal approach, or questions regarding insurance or payment. A discovery call is not required prior to scheduling an appointment.

Initial Appointment

60 minutes

The first appointment is where we will review your background including medical and nutrition-related history, current eating habits, relationship with food, and begin to review relevant nutrition education and establish your short and long term goals.

Follow-Up Appointment

30-60 minutes

We will talk through your progress and take a closer look at barriers and opportunities to achieve your short and long term goals. Our measure of success will be something we will work collaboratively to determine. We are on this journey together!
