Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for services with out-of-network providers. You may call your insurance provider and ask "What are my out-of-network benefits for medical nutrition therapy (MNT)?"
Please note that if you plan to use out-of-network benefits, payment is due to the provider up front, and you will be provided a superbill that you may send to your insurance provider for reimbursement
